What The Fellas Say

A wind-brushed Semillon with style and panache and a coastal attitude. Full and fruity but dry and opinionated at the same time – an Atlantic storm mellowed by the Sintra hills and slow Portuguese summers.

What The Sommelier Says

Pale citrus colour, a fresh, vivid nose of lime, salinity, green asparagus, cut grass and a stony mineral edge. A dry crisp palate with pronounced acidity, citrus lift and a lightly bitter, savoury tension. Firm and mouthwatering finish with a clean mineral persistence.

Pairs well with…

…freshly shucked Setúbal oysters with a squeeze of lemon, a steamed sea bass with ginger and spring onion or a crisp Vietnamese prawn summer roll with dipping sauce.

About The Winemakers

Infinitude is a boutique Portuguese wine project linked to the Osório & Gonçalves family, rooted at Quinta da Azenha in Galamares on the northern foothills of the Serra de Sintra. The family planted Pinot Noir and Merlot there in 2000, first making wine for their own table before launching Infinitude commercially in 2017. Their vineyards lie about 5 km from the Atlantic on clay-limestone soils, with the cool, humid Sintra microclimate shaping wines of freshness and elegance.
