1- Introduction.
These terms and conditions govern the use of The Wine Fellas wine subscription e-commerce platform in Portugal. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2- Eligibility.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use The Wine Fellas subscription service. By signing up for our service, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Portugal.
3- Subscription Service.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive a curated selection of wine delivered to your chosen address on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the subscription plan chosen.

4- Subscription Plans
We offer two subscription plans: Enthusiast, Connoisseur and Insider. The subscripition plan consists of six bottles of wine (3 pairs). You may choose the plan that suits your needs, and you may switch between plans at any time.

5- Delivery.
We will deliver your wine subscription or wine purchase at The Cellar to the address you provide during the subscription/purchase process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and up to date. . Subscription method: You have to be subscribed until the 10th of the month to be able to receive your box at the 3rd week. We aim to deliver your subscription box at the 3rd week of the mont and purchase at The Cellar within 72 hours of processing your payment. We deliver throughout mainland Portugal. Delivery is free for the Lisbon area, we may charge an extra fee for other areas.

6- Payment
Payment for your subscription will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of subscription renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already charged.

7- Returns and Refunds
We take great care to ensure that your wine subscription arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a bottle of wine that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8- Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purposes of delivering your wine subscription and providing you with information about our products and services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Wine Fellas and is protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws. You may not use any of our content without our prior written consent.
