Drinking can be very confusing. Websites can be mind-boggling. And then drinking and trying to understand a website?
Fuhgettaboutit. So, we’ve put together some tips and tricks here to help you navigate your way around your empty bottles and order some new ones.
The Glass Half Full boxes always have 6 wines in varying combinations depending on the month – eg. 3 pairs or 2 pairs/2 singles or 1 pair/4 singles etc). Boxes come with a QR code that leads you to a webpage at thewinefellas.pt that tells you all about the wines in your box.
We choose the monthly boxes based on a variety of factors (season, price, region, grape variety etc). Some months you may get more reds, others you may get more whites, and some you may get a mix of reds, whites, rosés or even orange wines. All the wines are from Portugal, and all are from small-batch production.
Easy. Choose your subscription level, choose your delivery frequency (monthly or bi-monthly), give us the keys to your Ferrari (aka. credit card info, delivery address etc), and that’s it. You’re part of the Club.
Join up before the 10th of the month and you’ll get your first box in the 3rd week of that month (exact delivery day varies depending on our delivery route and your delivery address).
All orders direct from The Wine Fellas’ Cellar are delivered within 72 hours of payment processing – and usually deliveries go out within 48 hours if ordered on a business day.

Shipping is free in the Lisbon area for orders over 50€. We may need to charge shipping fees for other areas.
We currently ship to mainland Portugal only, though we will be adding all of Portugal, and other EU countries in the near future.
Nope. You can join whenever you want and leave whenever you want. It’s that kind of club.
We do our best to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. However, if you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. FYI – “damaged” refers to broken, cracked bottle, not for a wine that you don’t like.
Yes, this does happen. If your wine truly is corked, please take photos of the cork, the wine and then call us. We’ll work out a replacement as fast as possible.

Absolutely. On your My Account page, just update delivery address to wherever you will be in mainland Portugal on the expected delivery date.
No problem. We can drop your delivery at your neighbour’s or even the local mercearia. Just update your delivery address in your My Account profile – and don’t forget to change it back again afterwards!
You can pause or even cancel a subscription in your My Account settings at any time up to 7 days before delivery.
