What The Fellas Say

Picture an ancient stone bridge over a lazy stream. Thick rushes cover the banks and the water reflects the bright blue sky like a mirror. A light breeze brings the incongruous scent of lemons and wild flowers and lychee and passion fruit. The sun splashes golden flecks on the water and in the shadows beneath the bridge it is cool and calm and fresh.

What The Sommelier Says

Bright yellow colour with greenish hints. On the nose, a lively and complex aroma reveals a tropical profile with citrus and floral notes. On the palate, the strong and well-balanced acidity brings to mind oysters in the wild.

Pairs well with…

…fresh grilled red snapper at a beachside kiosk; a bowl of steamed mussels in garlic and white wine or a plate of Setubal oysters; chicken kebabs with a lemon tzakiki sauce.
