What The Fellas Say

A crystalline note of refinement. A classical piano trilling in a salon. An elegant countess fans herself, pops a tiny bite of fresh cut pear into her mouth, and the scent of almonds wafts into the room on a fresh summer breeze through the wide open windows.

What The Sommelier Says

Pale and crystalline in the glass, this white opens with aromas of dried fruits, pear, almond and a clear toasty note. On the palate it feels elegant yet gently full, with flavour building through the mid-palate. The finish is persistent, expressive and neatly wrapped in freshness.

Pairs well with…

…a salmon and shrimp risotto, a dozen oysters on ice or a beautifully simple plate of sushi with good soy and fresh wasabi.
