What The Fellas Say

Like Tinkerbell dancing around the rigging of Captain Hook’s pirate ship, this Pinot Noir tickles and teases with the of lightest of gossamer touches. A sprinkling of peppery fairy dust from her fingers, a magical swish of cherry and raspberry from her wings, a naughty pull on Hook’s beard and she’s vanished into the ether leaving a deliciously delicate and suggestive finish.

What The Sommelier Says

Infinitude Indie Pinot Noir is a vibrant, elegant red with aromas of the Atlantic, forest floor, offering a fresh, saline-driven palate with silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

Pairs well with…

…roasted duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, or earthy game dishes like pheasant and partridge.

About The Winemakers

The Osório de Vasconcelos Jardim Gonçalves family arrived in Colares guided by generations of winemaking heritage from the valleys and hills of Távora-Varosa and cliffs and sea air of Madeira. They planted the first vineyard in the late 1990s, among the lush gardens of Quinta da Azenha with its unique microclimate influenced by the Serra de Sintra and the proximity of the Atlantic. Starting with two classic French grapes – Merlot and Pinot Noir – the first wines were for family and friends but the quality and unique character of the wines inspired the family to present the first wines for the public in 2017. Since then, they have added small plots of Chardonnay, Semillon and Riesling, along with the unique DOC Colares grapes of Ramisco and Malvasia.
