What The Fellas Say

This is a Courbet landscape painting of a wine. It’s brush strokes are firm yet soft, the light shimmers over trees; there’s a rustic yet classic quality to the people and animals dotting the fields. A wine that will unfold on your palate slowly, subtly and with finesse.

What The Sommelier Says

An elegant, light-bodied red with aromas of cassis, pine needles, and subtle herbal notes. Fresh and dry on the palate, with lively acidity, delicate tannins, and a balanced, saline finish.

Pairs well with…

…a spiced roast duck breast with thyme, garlic-and-rosemary roasted rack of lamb or a rustic board of cured charcuterie and mature cheeses.

About The Winemakers

Infinitude is a boutique Portuguese wine project linked to the Osório & Gonçalves family, rooted at Quinta da Azenha in Galamares on the northern foothills of the Serra de Sintra. The family planted Pinot Noir and Merlot there in 2000, first making wine for their own table before launching Infinitude commercially in 2017. Their vineyards lie about 5 km from the Atlantic on clay-limestone soils, with the cool, humid Sintra microclimate shaping wines of freshness and elegance.
