This is a poem of botanical bubbles, orchard blossoms and subtly tantalising tea. It’s a haiku wrapped in a sonnet; a Japanese tea ceremony held in an English summer garden. A low alcohol, low intervention, blend of Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto grapes, delicately infused with Green Tea and Elderflower.

About The Winemakers

Our names are Inès and Tom, we run our family vineyard in Baleizão a place we call home. For us, life on the vineyard is about more than crafting exceptional sparkling wine. It’s about embracing a philosophy of curiosity, connection, and kindness. Some days are tough, others flow effortlessly, but through it all, we remind ourselves to dare greatly, dream boldly, and savor each moment.

About The Winemakers

Region: Alentejo

The Alentejo covers a large area and is characterized by its hot, dry summers and mild winters. The vineyards are planted on rolling hills and plains, and the soils are predominantly made up of granite, schist and limestone. Its wines are known for their full-bodied flavors and rich, earthy tones.
