What The Fellas Say

This is a poem of botanical bubbles, orchard blossoms and subtly tantalising tea. It’s a haiku wrapped in a sonnet; a Japanese tea ceremony held in an English summer garden. A low alcohol, low intervention, blend of Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto grapes, delicately infused with Green Tea and Elderflower.

What The Sommelier Says

Our crisp white wine, a captivating blend of Portuguese grape varieties – Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto – from Vidigueira, Alentejo, is delicately infused with Green Tea and Elderflower. A luminous blend where delicacy meets boldness. Botanical twist, orchard blossoms, and subtly tantalising tea.

Pairs well with…

Sharing platters, oysters, ceviche, sushi. on a rainy day, Baked Brie with thyme & honey, Truffle popcorn (yes, it is a thing!)
