What The Fellas Say

This is your best friend throwing ripe tree fruits at you and making you laugh like you did when you were 10 years old. It’s the familiarity of warm sunshine and the wagging of your dog’s tail when you get back from work. It’s a citrus spritz and honeysuckle cream pie of loving familiarity.

What The Sommelier Says

Pale citrus in colour, this wine opens with delicate aromas of fresh tropical fruit and a touch of mineral character. The palate is fresh, intense and fruit-forward, carried by lively acidity and a clean Atlantic feel. Ten months on fine lees in stainless steel add a little roundness without taking away its brightness. The finish is pleasant, persistent and very pure.

Pairs well with…

…a whole roasted sea bream with lemon and capers, a platter of clams in white wine and garlic or a simple grilled octopus salad with olive oil and fresh herbs.
