What The Fellas Say

Mmmm. Scrumptious and unctious and deliciously refreshing. Sooo drinkable. Sooo many layers…creamy and fresh and nutty and peachy. Like being drowned in a swimming pool filled with angels tears, lemon zest and honeysuckle nectar.

What The Sommelier Says

Pale citrine in colour, this white opens with delicate aromas of white fruit, aromatic herbs and wet stone. The palate is structured and layered, with creamy lees texture, citrusy acidity and a clear mineral line running through it. Subtle oak toast and a lightly buttery note add breadth without obscuring freshness. The finish is long, poised and savoury.

Pairs well with…

…bacalhau assado com batatas a murro, a whole baked turbot with capers and brown butter or a generous board of presunto and aged sheep’s cheese.
