Young and complex at the same time, with notes of wild berry. Elegant in the mouth with good structure and volume. A wine with some complexity and well-marked acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste.

About The Winemakers

Quinta das Herédias is a historic Douro estate in Tabuaço with roots traced to the 12th century, linked to Cistercian monks from the Monastery of São Pedro das Águias. Later sources describe the property as part of a group of estates in the Cima Corgo and note its focus on Port, with estate vineyards on the south bank of the Douro. The current commercial listing places Herédias Port wines under Carlos Lucas / Magnum Wines.
