What The Fellas Say

A goldilocks Rosé: not too sweet, not too dry. Not too cloying, not too thin. A perfectly weighted summer cocktail that hits the spot with bursts of strawberry and raspberry, aromatic whiffs of meadow flowers and a twist of lemon. Should come with a warning: “might induce smiles and requests for another bottle”.

What The Sommelier Says

Clear and bright, with a pale salmon hue. On the nose, excellent intensity, a predominance of fresh red fruits and subtle floral notes of rose and delicate citrus. On the palate, stands out with freshness and expressive minerality, a reflection of its roots in clay-limestone soils, that provide tension, precision and a fine overall texture. Well-integrated acidity. Persistent and seductive finish.

Pairs well with…

…grilled sea bass, clams in Bulhão Pato sauce, lightly-grilled lemon herb chicken, a light panna cotta with berry coulis.
