Fresh, bright, and deliciously citric and floral, tinted with the background depth of grape must and dusty adegas. This is a must have with fresh grilled fish on a hot summer’s day. Serve blindingly cold so it opens up in your mouth like a clam being tickled by cool ocean currents.

Opaline intense yellow color. This wine shows intense aroma concentration, full of rose petals, lychees and tangerine notes. The medium-bodied palate shows some tannin tension and medium acidity, leading to a prolonged finish.

After earning his PhD in Viticulture and Enology in Oregon, he returned to the Douro Valley to create Folias de Baco, crafting organic and natural wines from old family vineyards. With a bold, experimental spirit, Tiago bridges the region’s rich heritage with modern techniques, producing vibrant, authentic wines that capture the soul of Portugal.
