Subtle, delicate and fresh all at the same time. We know it’s an illusion but we could swear this was made from Seville oranges. It’s like gypsies dancing the Flamenco on your tongue. It’s orange trees on the slopes of the Serra da Estrella dusted with the lightest of spring snow flurries.

What The Sommelier Says

A gentle amber colour, with a nose of dried fruits, cinnamon, fig jam and fennel. On the mouth, velvety tannins, large volume balanced with elegant acidity. Persistent and fresh finish.

Pairs well with…

…a big fat grilled sea bass with a side of roast root veggies, a spicey, tandoor chicken or a smokey semi-cured sheep’s cheese.
