What The Fellas Say

Like sipping an extra dry Negroni on a wooden porch overlooking a beautiful lake surrounded by oak forests on a warm summer evening. All that wrapped up in a bottle, glinting with the last rays of sunlight.

What The Sommelier Says

A clear, orange-yellow colour. Intense nose with white fruit and notes of tropical fruits, marmalade, honey, and dried fruits. Aromatic balance between the toasted notes of the barrel and the mineral notes of the clay amphora. The palate is smooth, medium-bodied, and bright with well-balanced acidity, delicate tannins and an easy, pleasant finish.

Pairs well with…

…prosciutto and melon, a creamy risotto with peas, melanzane a la parmigiana, some sausages off the barbecue.
